How it works
1. Type the names
One per line, two to sixty-four of them. If the count isn't a power of two, the bracket pads up to the next one and the gaps become byes — six players makes a bracket of eight with two byes, and anyone who lands one walks straight into round two. Byes are spread across the draw using standard seed pairing, so they never pile up in one half.
2. Share the link
You get two links: a share link that shows everyone the bracket, and an organiser link that records results. Bookmark the organiser one — there are no accounts, so the link is the only key.
3. Tap the winners
As each game finishes, tap the winner on your organiser page. They move into the next round on the spot, and everyone on the shared link sees the bracket fill in when they refresh. Winner of the final gets the trophy banner and the eternal glory.
Random draw or seeded?
Random draw shuffles everyone before placing them — proper cryptographic randomness, nobody can rig it, including us. Use the order I typed keeps your list as the seedings: first name is top seed, paired against the bottom seed, and the top two can only meet in the final. That's also who gets the byes, if there are any — seeding has its privileges.

Is it actually free?
Yes. No account, no trial, no card. It's a small tool, not a platform.
How do byes work?
Brackets need a power-of-two field, so 6 players get a bracket of 8 with 2 byes. A bye resolves itself — that player advances automatically — and the byes are spread across the draw, not stacked in one half. With a random draw, luck hands them out; with your typed order, the top seeds get them.
Can I fix a wrong result?
Yes. Tap the recorded winner again to clear the game, or tap the other name to switch it. Any later results that were built on that game get wiped too — the bracket never shows a run that couldn't have happened.
Double elimination?
Not yet — this is single elimination only, honestly. If one loss feels too brutal for your crowd, run a second bracket for the round-one losers and call it the plate. Very dignified.
Do players need accounts?
No. Only the organiser link can record results; everyone else just watches the shared link fill in. Refresh for the latest.
